Shipping Policy

We ensure flawless transfer of products, and our free shipping is available for pre-paid purchases. However, there may be an additional levy on COD. You may opt for the discount codes applicable on specific products. Products are shipped from our warehouse or a third-party store, which can be located anywhere in India. We ensure the product will reach your destination within 7-10 days from receipt of the order. Usually, orders are delivered between 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Sunday.

Note: Gift cards are not accepted for COD payments. COD payments are only acceptable in Indian Rupee, and you must have the cash ready at the time of delivery.

According to our terms, customers need to pay the full amount before accepting the package. The delivery will only be confirmed after the payment is received. Customers may open the package only after payment confirmation. Additionally, it is important to sign the delivery sheet confirming acceptance of the product. Delivery is made to the address specified by you, and we are not responsible if someone else at that address accepts the order. Please ensure the delivery address is accurate, as deliveries will not be redirected. Payments authorized by the cardholder are non-refundable if the product is undelivered due to a wrong address.

Products are delivered only in cities listed on our website. Post-delivery, we are not responsible for product damage, and customers must handle the goods appropriately. Customers will be contacted to confirm the delivery date, time, and address. In case of failed delivery, we will contact the customer for a second attempt, which may include an additional delivery charge. If the customer does not accept the second delivery charge, a full refund of the order value will be provided.

Failed Orders

We consider orders failed under the following circumstances:

  • Delivery failed due to an incorrect address.
  • Recipient refused to accept the order.
  • Doors were locked at the delivery address.

In case of unavoidable circumstances such as floods, rains, or national strikes, we reserve the right to reschedule the delivery. Customers will be informed if we are unable to deliver the product and will receive updates regarding the rescheduled date. Claims for shortages or damages must be made on the same day. Customers should contact us through the "Contact Us" section on our website and must sign and return the challan copy to the delivery person. We will update the customer on the next steps.

Shipping Charges

Extra shipping and handling charges may apply depending on the product type, packaging, size, and weight. These charges are displayed during checkout, ensuring clarity and transparency.

Dispatch Procedure

Orders received before 2:00 PM are processed on the same day. Orders received after 2:00 PM will be processed the next working day. We do not dispatch orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. Customers will be notified in such cases.

We are a retailer and are not responsible for any direct or indirect damage. We are not liable for declined transactions. Customers must make full payment before delivery. If the cardholder exceeds the pre-set limit agreed upon with us, we will contact our acquiring bank for further updates.
