Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

Once your order is delivered to the correct address, we won’t accept returns. However, refunds at Mount Karol can be done under the following circumstances:

  • If the product is not in stock and you have already cleared payment.
  • You will receive a refund if the product was lost on the way.
  • We will process a refund if you receive a damaged product. To ensure this, please share a video of the product while unboxing, as proof of the damage.

We may cancel an order anytime under any circumstances. We may ask for some additional information to confirm your order. In case your entire or a portion of your order gets cancelled, we will notify you about the same. We assure you will receive a complete refund within 5-7 working days.
